Thanks reviewing and testing today Levi.

We did miss one thing - adding it into the command line build (I kind of expect the command line build will now be broken as the net.refractions.udig_applicaiton-feature will refer to a plugin that does not exist.

I am going to focus on getting a SNAPSHOT up so we can document and test. I trust the command line build is something we can fix tomorrow :-)
