[udig-devel] rcp app tutorial (finally)

Thank Jesse for the content; just went through it with the early access 
RC14 SDK download and had a lot of success.

I noticed a couple glitches:
- 16x16 icon is the wrong size
- a few places say custom.app rather than customapp (no "." since that 
confuses the mac people)
- layers menu does not contain "Add..." in final app; File > New > Layer 
still works
- splash screen labels need to move up a bit

Please give it a go; we need feedback on RC14 SDK and this workbook.
