Re: [udig-devel] Re: export png

1st question - there is a "community plugin" available in the help menu sometime on Thursday that will do the export PNG thing. It does not yet include a world file so you cannot directly import the image into other spatial applications. But screen capture it does.

2nd We have a reading list under our developer docs
- http://udig.refractions.net/confluence/display/DEV/5+Reading+List

These developer docs are packaged up in your eclipse help when you follow the SDK qucikstart.

Just to make sure I understand the thread: There is no current way to export

haven't found?

I've been screen grabbing the uDig main view and would love to not do that,
its a pretty weird thing to do, given how sophisticated uDig is!

My preference would be either the "Export" item in the "File" menu to
include an image export, or more simply, an "Export Image" in the "File"
menu. Is that easy to do with RCP?

BTW: There has been mention of RCP books. Any recommendations?
