| Re: [udig-devel] Features aren't displayed |
Hi,
I've made this top priority. One of the things the latest versions
do is restrict the request size to the actual data bounds so that the
request is always legal. One reason this is done is so that for
layers from very strange projections (ones that are only legal for a
small part of the world) can be rendered. Previously there were
problems with that.
It appears that the features that are missing are along the bottom of
the view area. Do the missing features ever show up? Try zooming in
towards some of the missing features, also try refreshing a couple
times.
What projection is the data in?
Let me know if you learn anything else. I'll let you know if I can
fix it today,
Jesse

Hi.
I'm in trouble. A shape file (Point geometry) can't be displayed in
uDig 1.1RC6 and 1.1RC8 but in uDig 1.1RC4 the same shape file is
displayed correctly.
In the RC6 and RC8 versions some points are displayed but not all
of them. There are 37 points and only 15 (more or less) are
displayed. In the RC4 version the same shape file is displayed
correctly so i supposed that there would be no problems of
rendering for this shape file in the RC6 and RC8 version, but I was
wrong. I think it's a rendering problem because all the features
are listed in the TableView.I tried to do zoom around the envelope
which contains these features.
Can someone give me an advice?
Thank's.
PD: the images which illustrate the problem are attached.
