[udig-devel] Incorrect Z-order for rendering
|
I am getting some weird errors with the Z-order of layers. Is anyone else having this problem or is it just me?
The main problem is that sometimes my PostGIS layers get drawn on top
of my MapGraphic layers. The layers seem to be drawn in the order shown
in the trace, but that is not the order that is specified in the Layers
view.
The trace looks like this:
Current Renderers:
CompositeRendererImpl
RenderExecutorImpl:BasicFeatureRenderer-surface_water_body_area
RenderExecutorImpl:MapGraphicRenderer-null
RenderExecutorImpl:BasicFeatureRenderer-road_centerline
RenderExecutorImpl:BasicFeatureRenderer-vehicle_parking_area
RenderExecutorImpl:BasicFeatureRenderer-vehicle_parking_area
RenderExecutorImpl:BasicFeatureRenderer-road_area
RenderExecutorImpl:BasicFeatureRenderer-surface_water_body_area
RenderExecutorImpl:BasicFeatureRenderer-undefined_map_feature_area
RenderExecutorImpl:BasicFeatureRenderer-surface_water_course_area
RenderExecutorImpl:BasicFeatureRenderer-road_area
RenderExecutorImpl:BasicFeatureRenderer-road_centerline
RenderExecutorImpl:BasicFeatureRenderer-surface_water_course_area
RenderExecutorImpl:MapGraphicRenderer-null
RenderExecutorImpl:BasicFeatureRenderer-structure_existing_area
RenderExecutorImpl:BasicFeatureRenderer-undefined_map_feature_area
RenderExecutorImpl:BasicFeatureRenderer-structure_existing_area
RenderExecutorImpl:BasicWMSRenderer2-imagery
But my layers are ordered like this: (see the attached screenshot)
Visible layers:
MapGraphic: Grid
MapGraphic: Icons
PostGIS: road_centerline
PostGIS: structure_existing_area
PostGIS: vehicle_parking_area
WMS: imagery
Any ideas as to where the problem may be coming from?
