[udig-devel] Removal of a number of plugins

Hey everyone,

some refactoring took place today, so if you want to update udig you'll 
have some problems unless you realize that the plugins: 
net.refractions.udig.selection, 
net.refractions.udig.map,net.refractions.udig.render and
net.refractions.udig.map.ui have all been deleted and merged with 
project or project.ui.
