No, no immediate plans to implement parallel builds. This will require
major rework of Tycho dependency resolution logic (see bug 353889),
which in turn requires changes in Maven core. It may also require
changes in P2, although I may be wrong here. Anyone interested to
contribute a quality patch? ;-)
