Hello,

I've been using p2.infs sitting in the META-INF directory of my bundles to tell the Equinox & Tycho product exporters to automatically start them. It worked without issue under 0.13, but stopped working under 0.14. Attached is a sample project. If you run the built product you'll notice that "bundle" isn't started by default. If you build it under 0.13, it is.
