Sorry, I mixed something up here. The bug is related to mylyn.

Anyway, I found Dave Carver's blog post about JavaDoc with Maven 3 and 
Tycho

), however it does generate the JavaDoc into a plugin. I already tried 
to make this work for my case, but I'm not that familiar with Maven and 
didn't succeed.

What I'm looking for is some kind of tycho-version of the 
maven-javadoc-plugin.
