[tycho-user] Script to do 0.11 to 0.12 "migration"

Hi,

Over the weekend I created https://gist.github.com/984585
which I have added to http://wiki.eclipse.org/Tycho_Release_Notes/0.12 for
those needing to migrate from pre-0.12 to 0.12 and onward.

It's just a little script that does the various group id renames needed in your pom.xml's.

Normally that isn't such a big deal but with more than 400 plugins we had to do
something when trying to migrate JBoss Tools.

Hope it can help someone ;)

p.s. we haven't migrated yet - that probably won't happen until after Indigo is out.
