Tycho is moving to an own github organization.

As part of the move around August 9, 10:00 (AM) CEST we might see 
disruption to last a few hours.:

- Lose access until the sync script fixes the permissions (~2-4h)
- Local dev environments and CI configurations will need to be adjusted

if anyone has local work it is therefore advised to finish this as of 
today or wait until the move is complete and access is restored.
