[tycho-dev] Move Tycho to an own Org?

In this EF Infra issue it was mentioned that best practice is "one org 
per project":

According to Frederic Gurr this will transfer all issues, discussions 
and so on, so I don't really see a blocker here.

So question is should we do this and if yes it needs a +1 from Project 
Leads.
