It's worth thinking about what TSF is claims to do at a high-level. I think the optimal way to do this is evaluating TSF

The high-level question is: Who is TSF's customer?

On the one end: TSF as a flexible narrative framework.

If the customer is the marketing department who want some
technical looking stuff to impress people, then this approach
makes sense.

On the other end: TSF as a stricter framework for making valid arguments.

If the customer is compliance based, then this approach
makes sense.

I have not seen any mention of customers.

Who is the customer?
