Thread-topic: Migration to publishing via Central Portal

Per https://gitlab.eclipse.org/eclipsefdn/helpdesk/-/issues/6146, the org.eclipse.transformer namespace is now published via Central Portal. Non-snapshot artifacts are still available and will continue to be available from the normal Maven Central url.

But if you need to use snapshot artifacts, they have moved to the Central Portal snapshot repository which is at a different url. See https://github.com/eclipse-transformer/transformer?tab=readme-ov-file#artifacts for how to update your poms for the new url.
