People using the EASE scripting feature can use Trace Compass 6.2.1 version with the Eclipse 4.18 dependencies. Or wait till the Trace Compass release 7.0.0 coming in June with Eclipse 4.20 for 2021-06.
A Trace Compass 6.2.2 could be built that includes the Eclipse platform fix for the standalone RCP. That release won't fix the problem when installing Trace Compass and EASE to the Eclipse IDE from the update site won't fix this issue.

It will not be supporting the 2021-03 release of Eclipse. Since Trace Compass 6.3 is built upon it, I think that means the scripting feature will have to be disabled from the incubator for this release? Unless someone has a an idea for fixing the build. With 2021-03 came a nasty bug regarding buddy-classloading [1]. As we need this special way of classloading to resolve pretty much everything from our script engines, we cannot support this target. EASE will therefore stay on 2020-12 and move on to 2021-06 once it is available.
