[tracecompass-dev] Target Definition Error

Hi,

I am getting the error related to the Target Definition when I tried to run a Maven build for the project 'org.eclipse.tracecompass-5.2.0' in the command prompt from the directory where the project is present. 

I am using apache-maven-3.6.3

I am performing the steps of 'https://wiki.eclipse.org/Trace_Compass/Development_Environment_Setup'

I am using Java 1.8 and Eclipse 4.13.

Kindly help me with this issue.

And also find the error attached.
