Quick update, we now have a bot running in both the IRC and Mattermost 
channels, so that messages are relayed across. It's a bit confusing at 
first, it often looks like bots talking to bots :) But I think this 
setup is really great, it allows people to use their preferred medium 
yet to be able to talk to everyone.

Once Mattermost becomes more "official" at Eclipse we could start 
advertising that channel too.
