I looked at other projects that also publish to the marketplace and noticed exactly the same behavior. The way it's described in the settings makes me believe that there are supposed to be two entries, leading to the two WindowBuilder marketplace items. +1 - but there are a few non-blocking items:
1. can you consider adding a N&N link, maybe just to https://github.com/eclipse-windowbuilder/windowbuilder/blob/master/RELEASE_NOTES.md to the release so that Window Builder shows up in https://eclipseide.org/release/noteworthy/?2. can you review whether the current sets of committers and project leads is a real reflection of the people taking on those roles? There are currently 3 PLs and 10 committers in https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/tools.windowbuilder/who3. The "Marketplace" link on the right side of the PMI is 404
