1. Thanks for the link - but you added the N&N to the raw version of the release notes which means it isn't rendered as markdown. 
2. It is a sad reality of the passing time - thanks for getting that updated so that we present an accurate picture.

+1 - but there are a few non-blocking items:

1. can you consider adding a N&N link, maybe just to https://github.com/eclipse-windowbuilder/windowbuilder/blob/master/RELEASE_NOTES.md to the release so that Window Builder shows up in https://eclipseide.org/release/noteworthy/?
2. can you review whether the current sets of committers and project leads is a real reflection of the people taking on those roles? There are currently 3 PLs and 10 committers in https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/tools.windowbuilder/who 
3. The "Marketplace" link on the right side of the PMI is 404
