Greetings Eclipse Tools PMC members...

I'm formulating an evil plan to handle (critical) projects that have MIA committers. Your input appreciated.

I'm going to be announcing soon on the cross-project-issues-dev list that the Eclipse Subversive project lead has informed me that the team can no longer invest in the project.

In similar situations, we've had new committers step up, but I'm thinking that we need to do something a little more scaleable and resilient.
