Hey gang,

We had started a vote to transition the project lead for Hibachi (Ada)
several months ago from Tom Grossman, who is no longer able to hold the
position, to David Phillips. I talked to him at EclipseCon and it sounds
like he has a good plan to get the project going again.

Since I'm too lazy to go back and find out how the vote went and since
we have new members now, I'd like to restart it. I propose making David
Phillips the project lead for Hibachi. Please vote. Let's give the
traditional 7 days for the vote.
