RE: [tools-pmc] Suggestion for some CVS cleanup in tools

Again, if the existence of these projects in the /cvsroot/tools repository
bother you, then it really shows me that we have a non-cohesive collection
of projects that would be better suited to have their own repositories.
Repositories are cheap, more expensive than the cost of moving things
around. It feels like the right solution to me.
