Hey Mik,

I'd be honored to bring Mylar/Mylyn under the Tools PMC. I'm not sure there
is a better home for it. We could probably use your expertise and energy to
help us liven up the Tools Project as well.

Also too bad about the name. Mylar has such recognized brand power but the
choice of Mylyn is pretty good. And it's not the first time a open source
project had to change names as it got popular and a potential target for
lawyers (i.e. wxWindows->wxWidgets).
