Re: [tools-pmc] Re: Tools project page link to PTP

The left hand list (in _projectCommon.php) should also be alphabetized to match the order of the main page.

Also, I see that PHP has been renamed to PDT so the tools website should reflect this.

Matt.

Well, I uploaded a patch to index.php (bug #171160) before I saw John's email. I think the text in the patch is probably more accurate (and lists the projects in alphabetical order :-), but otherwise it looks fine.

Cheers,

Greg

There is a risk in accepting patches as I found out. (the conversion of the site to the new look was a patch from the ajdt team)... the risk is that you no longer know how stuff works...

anyhow ... I looked to see why you were not shown and had no idea where to change the site to fix ...  after some browsing around on my part, PTP is now listed on the site NAV  ( _projectCommon.php for NAV) bar and some descriptive text on the main body (index.php) of the tools page... Please verify the description is ok and if not, an updated patch would be welcome.

Greg,
I'm not the person you're referring to, but howza about a bug with a patch? The website can be found in /cvsroot/org.eclipse/ under the tools/ component. You should have anonymous read access.
Would whoever maintains the tools project page, please add a link to PTP? We're kind of in limbo at the moment, without links from either the technology or tools project pages.
