[tools-pmc] PMC approval for bugzilla 154854 - gdbconsole enhancements

Hi Doug,
please take a look at https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=154854 and the patch proposed there. I am now satisfied with the status of the community discussion and the technical quality of the patch. I would like to commit the patch now. As the first step in the due diligence process:
I ask PMC approval for the contribution in bug #154854

PMC Approval can come from one of the members of the Tools PMC. BTW, I am
one of those members. If you aren't getting a response from me, try the
