I believe that the conditions stated in figure #2 on the IP Due Diligence
poster [1] have been met.

"Written 100% by employees of the same employer as the Submitting Committer: 
(a) 
under the supervision of the PMC; and (b) where the employer has signed a
Member Committer Agreement."

Judith and Ivan both work for BSI. This is a bugfix, so it is clearly in scope
of the project and therefore considered under the supervision of the PMC. BSI
has a current MCA.

If you agree, please withdraw this CQ and follow the poster flow starting from
Figure #2. Note that you still require an entry in the project's IP Log. Just
mark the corresponding contribution as iplog+ in Bugzilla.
