Kit was involved from the beginning in it - the team was in town here so I
supervised it and then took the code and made it fit the shape of an Eclipse
plug-in and did some IP due diligence (copyrights etc). The intention was
always that this would be part of Babel.

You are right that I am not a committer on Babel currently - I am hoping to be
voted in on Babel after this in order to maintain/improve this contribution
over time.
