FYI, I have asked EMO to change the status of the OSEE project tononconforming because their downloads are not correctly marked with the"Incubating" term as per [1].

It seems also, that OSEE has done their 0.4.0 release without doing arelease review. I will follow up with them on this issue when I presentmy review to them.
