 The m2e project has been holding up with submitting CQs for m2e, 
especially CQs for Maven Embedder, because according to the Maven team 
it is not ready for consumption yet and structure of its dependencies 
could still change. So, we didn't want to load Eclipse IP team with 
intermediate workload that would need to be redone again later.
