Dear Symphony committers,
This is a kind reminder to please participate in the ongoing PL election.
It has come to our attention that the Symphony project team has become largely inactive, and Haishi Bai is making a significant effort to revitalize the project and bring it back up to speed.
If the election fails due to a lack of votes and engagement from the committer community, the EMO may be forced to intervene by overriding the election process and retiring inactive committers.
Your participation is therefore very important to help ensure the future and proper governance of the project.

A Project Lead election for Haishi Bai on project Eclipse Symphony
(iot.symphony) was started by Haishi Bai with this criteria:
Haishi Bai is the creator of the Eclipse Symphony project and has been its
key maintainer and primary advocate since its inception.
Following the departure of previously assigned project leads, Haishi has
continued to drive the project forward, ensuring continuity in both technical
direction and community engagement. He has been responsible for shaping the
overall architecture, guiding core design decisions, and maintaining
alignment with the project’s long-term vision.
In addition to hands-on contributions across the codebase, Haishi has played
a central role in supporting contributors, facilitating discussions, and
representing the project within the broader ecosystem.
Given his sustained leadership, deep familiarity with the project, and
ongoing commitment, I would like to formally nominate Haishi Bai as the
project lead for Eclipse Symphony.
