[sw360-dev] [GSoC 2026] Request for feedback on proposal draft for LicenseDB integration Idea

Hello,
I am preparing my GSoC proposal for the “Integration of SW360 and LicenseDB” project and attached my current draft.
I tried to keep the proposal focused on replacing fragmented license data paths with a single LicenseDB-based flow, implemented in the ongoing Spring Boot-based direction. I would be very grateful if you could review it and let me know whether the overall direction, scope, and technical approach look reasonable.
In particular, I would appreciate feedback on:
- whether the overall proposal direction is appropriate for GSoC,
- whether it is acceptable to target the Spring Boot based direction, - I submitted PR#3755, which has been tagged ready but not merged. Would this count as a sufficient prior contribution?
