Hi,
I am using osmWebWizard.py on Ubuntu 20.04 - Sumo 1.15 and it works fine.

On Ubuntu 22.04 - Sumo 1.16 Firefox starts but then it says: Firefox can't find the file at usr/share/sumo/tools/webWizard/index.html (see screenshot).

The path seems ok to me, are you able to reproduce the error?
