The simplest thing is to use F3, V (demand mode -> vehicle mode)  and define 'flow" elements for each of the desired movements with the appropriate time range and counts. There will be a video tutorial on this next Monday at the SUMO user conference: https://www.eclipse.org/sumo/conference/
