This can be accomplished either by

- coupling a control process via TraCI and setting the appropriate vehicle attributes (https://sumo.dlr.de/docs/TraCI.html)

- defining waypoints for the vehicle: https://sumo.dlr.de/docs/Definition_of_Vehicles%2C_Vehicle_Types%2C_and_Routes.html#waypoints

Is there a possibility in Sumo to define for a vehicle the speed, the acceleration and the lanes changing over time? For example, from time=1 to time=3: speed=x, lane=y and acceleration=z, then other values from time=3 to time=5...
