This can be accomplished either by
- coupling a control process via TraCI and setting the appropriate vehicle attributes (
- defining waypoints for the vehicle:

Is there a possibility in Sumo to define for a vehicle the speed, the acceleration and the lanes changing over time? For example, from time=1 to time=3: speed=x, lane=y and acceleration=z, then other values from time=3 to time=5...
