The individual space occupancy is currently not accessible. Using capacity-1 areas is the recommended solution.

I want to to compare the position of the cruising vehicle via getLanePosition and the parking spaces' position on the lane. 

Use this way, to caculate the vehicles' visited parking spaces and get the occupancy information through the traci to simulate this occupancy information of roadside parking spaces (free or occupied) is detected by the vehicles.
