You - can define multi-entry-exit detectors to capture all traffic within a radius around an intersectoin and there are tools to do this automatically: https://sumo.dlr.de/wiki/Tools/Output#generateTLSE3Detectors.py

Alternatively, you can place a parked vehicle near an intersection and define it as a bluetooth receiver. All other vehicles should be bluetooth senders.

Yes. Thank you for reply. I looked that document you seggested but actually I
need to detect the vehicles that are in a rounded area.  The problem is I do
not know how to code the bluetooth feature in the configuration file or
additional file.
