- you can take at the Luxembourg scenario: https://github.com/lcodeca/LuSTScenario

- deciding (or re-deciding) the route at run-time can be accomplished with the '--device.rerouting.' options. See http://sumo.dlr.de/wiki/Demand/Automatic_Routing

Hello,
i see in the documentation that there is a number of implemented scenarios
like Bologna and and Cologne. Are there any other implemented traffic
scenarios so i can use them to test my algorithm?
Moreover is it possible to have the demand as O/D matrices and decide at
runtime the preferred route?
