Dear SUMO developers,

we are currently updating internal and external build infrastructure toprocesses which do not support older Visual Studio versions (forinstance GitHub actions) and therefore want to collect feedback whetherit is worth the effort to maintain the Visual Studio 2013 build anylonger. So if you are stuck for some reason to this old Visual Studioversion please answer to this mail.
