Hello sumo team,

I know SUMO is not a multi-thread simulator, but I was wondering if through traci I could allow sumo vehicles to have their own thread of control.

My intention is to simulate each vehicle as a cognitive agent, with each vehicle observing the steps globally (inheriting traci.stepListener).

So, is it possible with sumo?
