[subversive-dev] weekly and release sites are broken

I am having troubles installing subversive from both week and release
update sites. Installation fails with the following error
An error occurred while collecting items to be installed
session context was:(profile=SDKProfile,
phase=org.eclipse.equinox.internal.p2.engine.phases.Collect, operand=,
action=).

From what I can tell, the root cause is mangled/truncated artifacts.jar.
Is it me or others see this too? Is there alternative site I can use to
install subversive?
