[stp-dev] Deprecating old wiki pages

Just like any project that has been around a while, we have a host of wiki
pages that are out of date, or have some kind of wrong information on them
that cannot be corrected (because circumstances have changed, etc).

So I have just invented

{{:SOA Tools Deprecated}}

for the purpose of notifying browsers if they have stumbled into this
are of bad data. The notation is like an #include for the wiki - if you
copy and paste it at the top of a wiki page, it will show a message
and give an email link for more information.

For example, see
 http://wiki.eclipse.org/STP_Sub-project_specific_pages

If you come across any wiki pages that need this notice, could you
go ahead and put it in? It will just take a moment, and it will ensure
that people will get the right message when they come across an
old link.
