[stp-dev] 3.5M6 build contributed to Galileo

Thanks to everyone's prompt actions and tagging and all,
I've already uploaded the build to the Galileo machinery.

The update site from which Galileo pulls the plugins is

http://download.eclipse.org/stp/updates/galileo/

I'll announce to cross-projects list now, update the
wiki pages with the appropriate dependencies and some
new information and update the default platform for
the trunk builds to 3.5M6.
