under Windows-->preference-->SoA tools->installed
runtimes
then when you
create a SCA project with the sca project wizard, there will be a list
of sca related runtimes to choose.

org.eclipse.stp.sc.sca.java has been
commented. This relates to setting the Tuscany runtime location.
Are we planning to do the Tuscany integration differently?
