Hi All,

I added a new plugin called 'org.eclipse.stp.common', which plan to hold all common code across the stp project (It is the base plugin for stp.sc plugins for now).

I have moved the common logging, and some utils classes including JDTUtils, UIUtils from stp.sc.jaxws to that common plugin.

If you have any generic code want to share within our stp project, please add to the stp.common plugin.
