[stp-dev] STP Now building

Ok, for the time being, I've rolled back the version of eclipse and STP 
in order to get builds going again (3.2 & 1.5). There's a bug somewhere 
that we are going to have to address so I'd be grateful if somebody 
could get time to drill down into it. I've raised a bug in bugzilla: 
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=156506 which has been 
assigned to Dan Berg for now.

As regards getting builds published, I've asked to be made part of the 
stp-admin group on dev.eclipse.org which will allow me to get 
integration builds published.

I need to add the IONA contribution to the build and will do so in the 
coming few days, we're still trying to iron out the 3rd party 
dependencies and how best to manage them with the build system.
