[stellation-res] Wiki Updates

I've added a few pages to the Wiki recently:
TClientInstallation gives more specific instructions on installing the
TClient using the Eclipse Update / Install Manager and configuring it to
use the Stellation WVCM code repository. Since we don't have read-only
access at present, only committers can access this repository (sorry about
that).
I've also added some pages on Location URIs, Resource Identifier URIs and
other namespace issues.
These are in the Stellation web (Wiki area), and relate to in-progress work
on the WVCM implementation.
Some additional pages should be posted in the next day, cross-referencing
WVCM exceptions
to specific API methods.
Finally, I've posted a number of pages on the WVCM web about accessing
resources and terminology.
