[stellation-res] First draft of Alloy spec posted

In case anyone is interested: the first draft of my alloy spec for the
repository structure is posted to the wiki, in the FormalSpecifications 
topic.
Be merciful; it's my first effort in Alloy, and it's very much a work in
progress.
