[stellation-res] A great opportunity for us

I've opened a topic in the moo related to this.
We have a good chance of making Stellation the reference implementation
of
JSR147, the Java workspace versioning and configuration management API.
All
we need to do is implement JSR147.
It sounds a bit silly phrased like that; but the JSR expert committee
is looking for
an open-source pure Java SCM system that's capable of supporting all of
the
major features of WVCM. Stellation is absolutely capable of doing all
of WVCM:
the functionality is there, implemented. All we need to do is write
adapters
into the WVCM API. It's a non-trivial task, but not an unreasonable
one. And
it has huge exposure value if it gets accepted; and even if it doesn't,
it's a very
valuable API to support.
