[stellation-res] Issues with stellation.task

Per offline conversations with Mark, I understand that Asynchronous
clients are going away and SynchronousTaskServiceClient will be
renamed to TaskServiceClient.  I've made those changes locally,
for debugging purposes, but Mark is planning to fix the stellation.task
source, do any other necessary cleanup, and check it in.

One more file is missing: org.eclipse.stellation.task.TaskPlugin.java.
It was apparently omitted from the initial checkin.
Since the task plugin (and thus my Stim plugin) won't load without it,
I've copied a local version into my local stellation workspace,
but Mark, you'll want to check that in too ----
