[stellation-res] Self-hosting server status

Just to keep you guys updated:

Your accounts are created. The server is at location:
	remote+stellation.eclipse.org+6060+stellhost

I've been checking in the current code. In the course
of checking in the .stim plugin, I've encountered a new
CLI bug, which I'm trying to track down and fix.
